Dear Students and Parents,
Due to an increasing number of last minute cancellations,
no-shows, and late tuition payments, I regret that I must adjust my policies as
outlined below, effective January 1, 2014:
1) To be successful, it is necessary for students to attend
regularly scheduled lessons. Payments for lessons are due the first week of
each month. Cancellations by the student for any reason will not be credited or
refunded---This includes illness or unplanned trips. Planned trips can be
discussed before the beginning of the month in which they occur. Students must
notify the teacher if they will be absent.
2) Makeup lessons may be scheduled but are subject to
schedule availability and are not guaranteed.
3) A $10 late fee will be added to tuition payments not made
by the first lesson day of the month.
4) As always, if the teacher must cancel the lesson it will
either be made up or credit will be offered for the next month. Holiday
closings are noted online at www.vinciguerraviolin.com/schedule and posted on
the calendar in the studio.
